The Competition Entry
Compete in the Fernet-Branca 2024 Coin Design Challenge.
Entries open 5th Feb, 05/02/2024 and close on 1st March 01/02/2024.
Entrants must enter their submission via the Fernet-Branca website using the entry form by uploading their design. This can be a pencil sketch or a vector image, we will accept a photo of the design.
Finalists will be announced/ informed by 31st of March. Voting will be live from 4th April – 30th April. Winners and runners-up will be decided and notified by May 1st.
The designs will be voted for by the public. Votes will be submitted via the Fernet-Branca website.
The winner will be decided and notified by 1st of May 2024.
The prize for the winner is to have their design minted on the 2024 Fernet-Branca coin, a £250 gift voucher and limited-edition merch.
The prize for the x4 runners up is £100 gift voucher and limited-edition merch.
Entries are open to all UK hospitality individuals from any position, who are residents in the UK aged 18 or over.
All entries must be received by Sazerac UK no later than 23:59 on the closing date. All entries received after the closing date will not be entered. Entries must be submitted online at CoinLaunch – Fernet-Branca
The winner will have their design minted on the 2024 Fernet-Branca Coin and receive a £250 gift voucher.

By entering, you hereby warrant that all information submitted in your entry is true, accurate and complete in every respect. Sazerac UK reserves the right to verify any information contained in your entry and/or your eligibility to enter.
Sazerac UK will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause. No responsibility can be accepted for any technical failures of any kind or any unauthorised intervention in any part of the entry process, nor for any technical or human error, which may occur in the administration of the competitions or the processing of entries.
The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 and over who work within the hospitality sector.
Employees of the Promoter or any business involved or associated with the competitions, any of the Promoter’s agencies and any of their parent and/or affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility.
In the event of any dispute regarding the competitions, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
Data protection and publicity
If your entry to the Fernet-Branca Coin Design Challenge is successful, you agree that Sazerac UK may use your name to announce the winner of the prize draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purpose.
Sazerac UK reserves the right to use finalists’ image, design, and information across media channels in the UK and internationally as part of promoting the event in perpetuity. Sazerac UK reserves the right to collect video and photographic content of the finalists for us in media in perpetuity.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
Any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You hereby warrant that the information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competitions if circumstances arise which are beyond its control.
The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the competitions. By entering the competitions, you hereby assign to the Promoter the complete copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in any promotional and advertising material and similar which arises out of or is in connection with the competitions.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the competitions or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of the competitions may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the competitions, but in no event legal fees; and (2) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages otherwise increased.
Sazerac UK does not accept any responsibility for accidents/ losses/ theft whilst the winners are participating the prize.
